- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing a written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations made after this window will apply to the next month’s cycle.
- No partial cancellations or holds are available for active service periods.
- One-Time Projects (e.g., website development, audits, consulting):
- Projects can be cancelled before the work has commenced.
- Once the initial work phase has started (such as research, strategy planning, or design), cancellations will incur a service fee based on time invested (typically 30–50% of the project cost).
Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Services:
Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate allocation of resources, all subscription-based and service payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins or work has started.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Social Media Management (SSM) Subscriptions
- SEO Packages
- Digital Advertising Campaigns
- E-Link Mentorship Subscriptions
- Content Creation and Graphic Design
- Refund Exceptions:
In cases of technical errors, duplicate payments, or failed service delivery (due to fault on our side), we will offer a full or partial refund after internal verification.
Refund requests must be submitted within 2 business days of payment.
No Refund for Unused Services:
If you fail to use the service or do not provide necessary information to proceed with the project, we will not issue a refund for the unused portion of the package or subscription.
